2008 Annual SBC Youth Ministry Survey
- You have hunches about what your teenagers believe, but
do you know for sure?
- You hear stories about some of your youth families, but
do you really know how they live behind closed doors?
- You're afraid some of your teenagers might be
experimenting with some things, but do you know how many?
|
Churches that participate in the Annual SBC Youth Ministry Survey soon will begin making ministry decisions based on unprecedented amounts of new information.
This April, you will know more about the beliefs and lives of your teenagers, parents of teenagers, and volunteers with teenagers than ever before.
A clear picture of your youth, parents, and volunteers can lead to much more effective youth ministry.

No Cost to Participate
The survey is a gift to the churches from the associations, state conventions, seminaries, colleges, auxiliaries, and agencies of the SBC. There is no cost to participate in the survey or to receive the standard church survey reports. Some churches will choose to provide some reward or incentive to motivate teenagers, parents, and volunteers to complete the survey online. For example, some churches might provide a coffee shop coupon or a discount for a youth activity for those who complete the survey. This is completely optional. Full information about providing incentives is included in the Survey Administration Manual.
